Tatum Turns 1

It seems like just yesterday when I was photographing this little guy's newborn session. I remember how easy his session was! He was such a good little baby! Now here I am photographing his 1st birthday/cake smash session! Sweet little Tatum did not disappoint! He smiled and laughed the ENTIRE session! It was the cutest thing I've ever seen!

Class of 2015 ~ Senior Sessions

Calling Class of 2015 Seniors! Now is the time to book those Senior Sessions!

Senior Sessions are some of my favorites! Each session is unique in its own way! My goal in each senior session is to show off each person's personality. I love to include hobbies, sports, pets, styles, etc. Fun and themed ideas are also welcomed!

All sessions booked between now and the end of June will get 10% of their session. There are 2 package options available to choose from. To get the special, sessions do not actually have to be held between now and the end of June, they may be scheduled later in the year as well.

[ Hobbies are always included! Loved being able to show off Amanda's love of horses! ]

Option 1- $150

Includes 1 and 1/2 hours of time, 1 choice of location and 3-4 outfit changes.

[ I love being able to include sports into Senior Sessions! These can also be shot on the field, locker room, etc ]

Option 2- $275

Includes a total of 3 hours of time and 2-3 locations. This may be split between 2 different days if preferred. Unlimited outfit changes allowed.

[ Miss Logan is game for anything and loves to have fun.....so we covered her in paint! :) ]

Seniors are encouraged to bring pets, cars, best friends or anything that helps their personality shine!

A Little Revamping

I am SO excited about the year 2014! I've had lots of plans and ideas for the past few months and I couldn't wait to put them into action! Throughout each year, I'm constantly observing things and how they could be better. For 2014, I decided to offer some different packages rather than my regular session and mini session. I realized that not everyone needed as much time while some needed more.

Starting now, these will be my packages available:

Full Session- this now includes 1 hour of time for $100
(Your choice of location, unlimited outfit changes)
Includes family sessions, bridals, couples, 1st birthday, etc.

Mini Session- this includes 20-30 minutes of time for $50
These are not offered at all times. They are normally offered every few months as a themed session or during holidays)

Seniors- two different packages are now available for these.

Newborn Sessions- include an hour and a half of time for $150
These can be done in studio or in your home for a more "lifestyle" type session.

Weddings- $500-$800
There are 2 packages for weddings.

Now for the fun part!

I have always LOVED playing around with graphic design. I've had the opportunity to design a few invitations for events and I really enjoyed it! I design my own logos as well as some of the collages and other templates I use in my business.

I will now be offering custom invitations for birthdays, showers & weddings and save the dates and custom printables!
Here are just a couple of pieces that I've created here recently.

I am looking forwards to adding more creations soon!

Valentines Boudoir Minis

From the first time I saw photos of this gorgeous room, I was in love. This room is absolutely perfect!

In fact, its one of their honeymoon & romance favorites!!

Oh I'm in love! Just look at that beautiful bed! And couch!

Our Boudoirs are available on January 11th (evening) & 12th (morning).

For $100 you'll receive 30 minutes of photo time, 10-20 edited images on a CD, a print release and hair and makeup. Time slots are limited so be sure to book yours now!

The Most Wonderful Time of the Year

Christmas is my absolute most favorite time of the year! I love the decorations, the family time and that warm fuzzy feeling that this time of the year gives you. My husband and I really get into decorating our home. Sometime I think we may do a little much but our love how it makes our home look like a winter wonderland. I love cutting out the lights in the house and turning on all the christmas lights.

Every year I put up multiple trees. I love seeing them all over the house!

This sweet little tree was our first. When we got married we lived in a much smaller home and so a small christmas tree was necessary. This tree has a candy theme and includes red and gold ornaments. This tree is special to me. Many of the ornaments were passed down to me. They were once my grandmothers. I love looking at my tree and all of the many memories in each and every ornament. I know that at Christmas time, a part of her is here in my home.

This is my 10- foot tree. It literally takes me about a whole day to get it up and decorated. I normally split it into 2 days. One day to assemble the tree and get the lights on it, and one day to decorate it. This year I decided to change up the colors and do gold and brown. When we first moved into our new house, my poor little 6 ft tree looked puny with our high ceilings. My husbands aunt had this tree that she wasn't able to use, so she passed it our way. I love having a huge tree!

This year we added a third tree.

My husband loves UVa. It seems like every year he gets more and more ornaments through gifts. We finally had enough to do a small themed UVa tree. Now all it needs is a tree skirt! Why is it so hard to find a tree skirt for a 3 foot tree????? Ugh

I Love decorating my mantle! I decorate it for every little holiday!

My mantle decorations are a little vintage. I love the way it looks!
